INDIEV, Abiodun Koya, and Colette Miller Collaborated to Raise Scholarship Funds for Underprivileged Girls in Africa
INDIEV hosted a holiday benefit concert alongside renowned opera singer Abiodun Koya and fine artist Colette Miller to help raise funds to give young girls in Africa scholarships to help further their education.
At INDI EV we are driven by our “YouDoYou” mantra and designed the INDI One to empower people to be their best selves through digital tools, we recognize what important role education plays in empowering individuals to be as innovative as possible and are excited to be able to contribute towards the education of young girls in Africa.

The night started off with the art auction portion of the event, where attendees had the opportunity to bid on traditional African Art and original prints of Colette Miller’s “TheGlobalAngelWingsProject”, as well as traditional African art such as statues and jewelry.

After the art auction concluded, everyone gathered to hear Abiodun Koya perform her renditions of traditional holiday classics. Although Abi’s career has taken her all over the world she has always remained committed to giving back to her community and is dedicated to helping women in Nigeria thrive through education.
At INDI EV, our mission is to empower people to be the best version of themselves and we strive to reflect this in all of our actions. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the holidays than this wonderful opportunity to help underprivileged girls reach their full academic potential. Thank you to everyone who joined us and we hope to see you all again soon!
